ahead of the curve

I already submitted 1 of 2 assignments due tomo... umm, today. Break out the 'good' china, people! OK, so I still have one more to go, but at least I'm not clamoring to beat the timestamp. That has been my M.O. in more situations than I care to divulge, but things are looking up. YAY, me!!

Interesting aside: those of you who have had freakish inclinations towards 'organization' [bka "neat freaks"], there is hope! Quit your jobs right now, and apply to the nearest LIS program... it is your destiny!!! This sudden revelation came about from a discussion about personal organizational habits in my Organizing Info class. Turns out that I am not alone in my quasi-neurotic disposition to hang my clothes in the closet by 'function', order of being worn and even match garment color to that of the hanger! A lot of my classmates shared similar practices in the closet, kitchen and for personal documents. I felt so... understood among them--like it was an instantaneous
Borg moment. Yeah, weird... OK, moving right along!

I'll be attempting to get some sleep(?!) now. Don't know when that will be, since I discovered this
Flickr stream of unbelievable x-ray images. I mean, these are the 'templates' for the cleaned-up cases we see on CSI and Grey's Anatomy. Kinda reaffirms [one of many reasons] why I couldn't be a doctor... Spellbinding to observe from afar, though!
